Shanghai Duratt Instrument provides dynamic test instrument for QC and R&D purpose on medical implants, such as orthopedic trauma implant fatigue, dental materials and implant fatigue/abrasion, joint implant fatigue/wear, cardiovascular implant fatigue, heart valve/cardiac occlusion fatigue, implant materials dynamic mechanics research, viscoelastic materials dynamic mechanics research, tissue engineering, etc. Some high precision static test like creep, relaxation and tensile/compression/bending test can also be performed well on Duratt instrument.
Based on innovative linear motor and control technology, combined with many years of engineering design experience and sensor technology, Shanghai Duratt successfully unifies high performance, high frequency, precision and reliability in one test system, to meet your most extreme and critical durability testing scenarios for cardiovascular implants, orthopedic implants and other biomedical related parts and materials.
We provide high-performance dynamic mechanical test platform with different levels of dynamic load from 50N to 20kN with frequency up to 100 Hz for a wide range of applications.
Model D10000 is with maximum ±10000N dynamic load and ±7000N continuous load, 0.001 to 100 Hz, maximum stroke ±32.5 mm. It can be equipped with optional torsion option with maximum dynamic torque 70 Nm and maximum speed 120 rpm.
