The KP48-V is a compact diaphragm air pump designed for gas transfer, vacuum generation and pressure supply in OEM equipment. Material selection should be based on the gas composition, temperature, humidity and chemical compatibility requirements of the application.
The KP48-V supports two speed-control methods:
PWM control: 10–30 kHz, 5 V amplitude; 0–10% duty cycle stops the motor, while 11–100% provides speed adjustment.
Analog voltage control: 0–5 V input; 0–0.5 V stops the motor, while 0.6–4.5 V provides speed adjustment.
The FG output provides one pulse per motor revolution for speed monitoring.
Performance data were measured using air at standard atmospheric pressure and 25°C, without inlet or outlet load. Actual flow, pressure, vacuum, noise and service life may vary with system resistance, environmental conditions, gas properties and duty cycle. Application testing is recommended before final OEM integration.
