The Kamoer KCS3 is a compact peristaltic pump driven by a 42 mm stepper motor. With a specified flow range of 0.1–300 mL/min, multiple tubing sizes, three- or six-roller configurations, and several installation options, it is designed for precision liquid dispensing and stable fluid transfer in OEM equipment.
The liquid contacts only the tubing, helping isolate the pump mechanism from the medium and simplifying fluid-path maintenance. The KCS3 is suitable for analytical instruments, medical diagnostic equipment, laboratory systems, environmental instruments, printing equipment, washing systems, industrial machinery, and other automated devices.
The stepper motor supports accurate speed and direction control, allowing the pump to be integrated into equipment requiring adjustable and repeatable fluid transfer.
Optional drivers support RS485, analog control, external triggers, and other automation functions.
The KCS3 provides a specified flow range of 0.1–300 mL/min. Different tubing sizes and rotor configurations allow the pump to cover low-, medium-, and higher-flow applications.
Actual flow depends on:
Tubing size and material
Motor speed
Number of rollers
Liquid properties
Outlet pressure
Operating conditions
Two rotor configurations are available:
Three rollers for higher flow output
Six rollers for reduced pulsation and smoother fluid delivery
This allows equipment manufacturers to balance maximum flow and pulsation according to the application.
The quick-release pump head makes tubing installation and replacement convenient, reducing the time required for fluid-path maintenance.
The pump is designed for tubing with a wall thickness of approximately 1.6 mm.
The KCS3 supports BPT and silicone tubing:
| Tubing Code | Internal × External Diameter | Material |
|---|---|---|
| 13# | 0.8 × 4.0 mm | BPT |
| 14# | 1.6 × 4.8 mm | BPT |
| 19# | 2.4 × 5.6 mm | BPT |
| 16# | 3.2 × 6.4 mm | BPT |
| 40# | 4.0 × 7.2 mm | Silicone |
Because chemical resistance depends primarily on the tubing, compatibility should be confirmed using the actual liquid, concentration, temperature, pressure, and duty cycle.
The KCS3 is available with three installation structures:
Straight mounting plate with rear threaded studs
Z-shaped mounting plate
Through-hole front-panel mounting plate
The pump includes four mounting holes for convenient equipment integration.
Available fluid connection options include:
Threaded connectors
Barbed connectors
1/4-28 UNF inverted-cone connectors
Tubing-clamp configurations for direct tubing connection
Optional straight connectors, tubing-to-rigid-tube connectors, inverted-cone fittings, and anti-floating suction fittings are also available.
The KCS3 uses an aluminum-alloy latch and synchronous disc, a stainless-steel or cold-rolled-steel motor mount, PET rollers, and PP connectors. This structure supports reliable operation in embedded equipment.

| Rated pump voltage | 24 V |
| Power | 20 W |
| Specified flow range | 0.1–300 mL/min |
| Maximum reference speed | 450 rpm |
| Rotor options | Three rollers or six rollers |
| Tubing materials | BPT or silicone |
| Tubing sizes | 13#, 14#, 19#, 16#, and 40# |
| Recommended tubing wall thickness | Approx. 1.6 mm |
| Weight | Approx. 560 g |
| Reference noise level | <55 dB at 50 cm |
| Motor reference service life | 6,000 hours |
| BPT tubing reference service life | 1,000 hours |
| Silicone tubing reference service life | 200 hours |
| Control method | External stepper motor driver |
| Installation options | Straight plate, Z-shaped plate, or through-hole panel mount |
The noise value was measured at a distance of 50 cm with an ambient noise level of 35 dB. Service-life figures are reference values stated in the product manual and should be verified against the actual speed, load, pressure, tubing compression, and duty cycle.
Reference values measured at 24 V and 1.2 A:
| Tubing | Three Rollers | Six Rollers |
|---|---|---|
| B13 | 17 mL/min | 12 mL/min |
| B14 | 70 mL/min | 55 mL/min |
| B19 | 120 mL/min | 105 mL/min |
| B16 | 225 mL/min | 155 mL/min |
| S40 | 305 mL/min | 250 mL/min |
The general product flow range is specified as 0.1–300 mL/min. The 305 mL/min figure is an individual reference measurement for the three-roller S40 configuration.
These flow values were measured using pure water at 20°C, standard atmospheric pressure, and zero outlet pressure. Actual flow may vary with the liquid, outlet pressure, tubing condition, and motor-speed tolerance.
The KCS3 can be paired with optional control modules supporting:
Internal or external potentiometer speed adjustment
MODBUS RTU communication
RS485 control
0–10 V analog speed control
Electric or trigger-based start/stop
Clockwise and counterclockwise operation
Rotary encoder control
Foot-switch control
External analog signals
Tubing compatibility should be checked before use. Incorrect tubing selection may cause rapid tubing deterioration or liquid leakage.
The recommended operating environment should not exceed 45°C or 70% relative humidity, non-condensing. Excessive loading or unsuitable operating conditions may shorten pump life.
If the pump remains unused for an extended period with the tubing compressed, the tubing may temporarily adhere internally and prevent priming. Removing and gently rolling the tubing can help restore its elasticity.
Real-liquid testing under actual operating conditions is recommended before final model selection.
