product description

KPMP10 Micro Peristaltic Pump

Compact Low-Flow Pump for Precision Fluid Transfer

The Kamoer KPMP10 is a compact, four-roller micro peristaltic pump designed for low-flow liquid transfer in OEM equipment. It supports both stepper motor and brushed DC motor configurations, with multiple Perx MED55 and Perx P60 tubing sizes for different flow and compatibility requirements.

Its panel-mount design, compact dimensions, and flexible control options make the KPMP10 suitable for medical diagnostic equipment, analytical instruments, biochemical analyzers, laboratory systems, environmental instruments, and other automated fluid-handling devices.

Key Features

Stepper and DC Motor Options

The KPMP10 is available with three motor configurations:

  • ST: Stepper motor

  • D12: 12 V brushed DC motor

  • D24: 24 V brushed DC motor

The stepper motor version is designed for applications requiring controlled speed and repeatable fluid transfer. The DC motor versions provide a simpler solution for basic on/off liquid-transfer functions.

Compact Low-Flow Transfer

The stepper motor configuration provides a reference flow range of 0–5.9 mL/min at 100 rpm.

The DC motor configuration offers higher reference output, with values in the manual reaching up to 11.47 mL/min depending on the tubing size and motor operating point.

Actual flow depends on the tubing, motor speed, liquid properties, outlet pressure, and operating conditions.

Six Tubing Sizes

The KPMP10 supports six standard tubing dimensions:

  • 0.25 × 2.05 mm

  • 0.51 × 2.31 mm

  • 0.89 × 2.59 mm

  • 1.02 × 2.72 mm

  • 1.30 × 3.00 mm

  • 1.52 × 3.22 mm

The recommended tubing wall thickness is approximately 0.85–0.90 mm.

Perx MED55 and Perx P60 Tubing

Two tubing materials are available:

Perx MED55

  • Colorless and transparent

  • DEHP-free

  • Suitable for applications involving contact with body fluids when verified for the final device

  • Compatible with multiple sterilization methods

  • Produced in a cleanroom environment

  • Listed as compliant with ISO 10993 in the product manual

Perx P60

  • Designed for extended tubing life and low internal-wall spalling

  • Supports repeated offline or online sterilization

  • Resistant to many common chemicals, acids, alkalis, and oxidizing liquids

  • Listed as compliant with RoHS and relevant FDA requirements in the product manual

Tubing compatibility should be verified using the actual liquid, concentration, temperature, pressure, speed, and duty cycle.

Four-Roller Pump Head

The four-roller structure supports stable low-flow delivery in a compact pump head. The liquid remains inside the tubing, simplifying fluid-path replacement and helping isolate the pump mechanism from the medium.

Planetary Friction-Reduction Drive

The planetary friction-reduction transmission provides a compact drive structure for low-flow fluid transfer. This design helps the pump fit into space-limited instruments and OEM devices.

Panel-Mount Installation

The KPMP10 is designed for panel mounting and is available with or without integrated tubing clamps. The compact structure simplifies integration into analytical, medical, and laboratory equipment.

Flexible Stepper Motor Control

Optional stepper motor drivers support:

  • Internal or external potentiometer speed adjustment

  • MODBUS RTU communication

  • RS485 control

  • 0–10 V analog speed control

  • Electric or trigger-based start/stop

  • Clockwise and counterclockwise operation

  • Rotary encoder control

  • Foot-switch control

  • External analog signals

Typical Applications

  • Medical diagnostic equipment

  • Analytical instruments

  • Biochemical analyzers

  • Laboratory research equipment

  • Environmental monitoring instruments

  • Reagent dosing systems

  • Inkjet printing equipment

  • Washing and disinfection equipment

  • Food and beverage equipment

  • Industrial fluid-handling systems
