KLVP5 Compact Diaphragm Air Pump

The KLVP5 is a compact diaphragm air pump designed for vacuum generation and gas transfer in OEM equipment. Available with brushed or brushless DC motors, it combines a flow rate of at least 5 L/min with low power consumption and a lightweight structure.

The brushless version supports PWM and 0–5 V speed control, making it suitable for equipment requiring adjustable vacuum or airflow.

The KLVP5 is primarily designed as a diaphragm vacuum pump. Although positive-pressure performance is listed in the manual, continuous positive-pressure operation is not recommended because it may shorten product life.

Performance data were measured using air at 25°C and standard atmospheric pressure without load. Actual flow, vacuum, noise and service life may vary with system resistance, environmental conditions, gas properties and duty cycle. Application testing is recommended before final OEM integration.
