product description

KP26-V Micro Diaphragm Vacuum Pump

The Kamoer KP26-V is a compact diaphragm vacuum pump designed for gas sampling and transfer in OEM instruments. It combines a brushless DC motor, adjustable speed control, low power consumption, and a lightweight structure for integration into portable and space-constrained equipment.

With an open-flow rate of ≥1 L/min and an ultimate vacuum of ≤-0.06 MPa, the KP26-V is suitable for environmental gas detection, analytical instruments, and other compact pneumatic systems.

Key Features

  • Open-flow rate of ≥1 L/min

  • Ultimate vacuum of ≤-0.06 MPa

  • Positive pressure up to 0.05 MPa

  • Brushless DC motor

  • PWM and 0–5 V speed control

  • FG speed feedback

  • Low power consumption of ≤2 W

  • Reference noise level of ≤60 dB

  • Lightweight design at approximately 52.5 g

  • 6 V and 12 V options

  • 24 V available as a custom configuration

  • Designed to tolerate dry-running operation

  • Reference product life of ≥10,000 h

Typical Applications

  • Gas sampling in environmental monitoring equipment

  • Gas transfer in analytical instruments

  • Portable gas detection devices

  • Compact vacuum and pneumatic systems

  • OEM air-sampling modules

Technical Specifications

Reference noise ≤60 dB
Reference product life ≥10,000 h
Operating temperature 0–45°C
Relative humidity <80%, non-condensing
Recommended tubing 3 mm × 5 mm

Fluid-Contact Materials

  • Pump head: PPS

  • Pump body: PA6

  • Diaphragm: EPDM

  • Valves: EPDM

Chemical compatibility should be checked if the sampled gas contains corrosive vapors, aerosols, or condensate.

Motor Control

  • PWM frequency: 10–30 kHz

  • PWM amplitude: 5 V

  • Motor stopped: 0%–10% duty cycle

  • Speed-control range: 11%–100% duty cycle

  • Analog input: 0–5 V

  • Analog stop range: 0–0.5 V

  • Analog speed-control range: 0.6–4.5 V

  • FG output: 1 pulse per revolution

Reference performance was measured using air at 25°C, standard atmospheric pressure, and no load pressure. Actual flow and vacuum performance depend on the ambient conditions, gas properties, tubing resistance, filters, system leakage, voltage, and duty cycle.

Positive-pressure operation above 0.05 MPa is not recommended. For dusty gas streams, an inlet filter should be installed to protect internal components and extend pump service life.
