The UIP WIFI is a high-flow intelligent peristaltic pump designed for laboratory liquid transfer, reagent dispensing, and automated filling applications. Developed by Kamoer Fluid Tech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., it combines precise fluid control with a compact benchtop design for both standalone operation and integration into automated equipment.
Powered by a closed-loop stepper motor, the pump delivers accurate and stable operation at speeds up to 350 rpm, with a speed adjustment resolution of 0.1 rpm. It supports both continuous mode and volume dispensing mode, together with flow calibration for improved dispensing accuracy. Depending on the selected pump head and tubing configuration, the single-channel flow range covers 0.1 to 1,500 mL/min.
The pump is compatible with three-roller and six-roller pump heads, as well as silicone tubing with wall thicknesses of 1.6 mm or 2.5 mm. Its stainless-steel rollers provide durability, while the thicker tubing options support applications requiring increased pressure capability. The design is suitable for transferring both viscous and non-viscous liquids, and the tubing can be replaced quickly for convenient maintenance and fluid-path changes.
For automation and system integration, the UIP WIFI V3-KK1800 supports RS485 communication, analog voltage and current control, foot-switch operation, and external sensor input. An optional photoelectric sensor can detect the presence of a container and support automatic filling processes. Typical applications include food packaging machines, automatic reagent dispensers, laboratory liquid transfer, and chemical reagent filling systems.
