The Kamoer M1-KPVP is a compact, integrated valveless piston pump designed for high-precision dosing and continuous transfer of corrosive liquids and organic solvents. Its fluid-contact components are made of PVDF, PTFE, and zirconia ceramic, providing excellent corrosion and wear resistance for demanding fluid-handling applications.
Driven by a stepper motor, the M1-KPVP supports accurate speed and displacement control. It offers both dispensing and continuous operating modes, making it suitable for applications such as pouch-cell electrolyte filling, chemical reagent dosing, and precision liquid dispensing.
The stepper motor enables precise speed and displacement control for repeatable liquid dispensing. The pump supports calibration to improve dosing performance under specific operating conditions.
Standard pump head displacement options include:
100 μL/shot
200 μL/shot
300 μL/shot
Customized displacement configurations are also available for specific OEM requirements.
The fluid-contact components use carefully selected materials:
Pump head: PVDF
Sealing gasket: PTFE
Piston assembly: ZrO? zirconia ceramic
This material combination makes the pump suitable for transferring many corrosive liquids and organic solvents. Chemical compatibility should be confirmed according to the actual liquid, concentration, temperature, and connecting tubing.
The high-wear-resistance zirconia ceramic assembly provides a pump head service life of more than 10 million cycles under Kamoer laboratory test conditions.
The M1-KPVP can be operated through:
Three-button local control
RS485 communication
Foot switch control
Supported functions include start/stop, direction switching, speed adjustment, calibration, and suck-back.
A 1.8-inch color display and simple three-button interface allow operators to view and adjust pump settings conveniently. Its compact integrated design simplifies installation in laboratory equipment and automated production systems.
The pump head section has an IP66 protection rating, helping protect it against dust and water ingress in demanding operating environments.

The reference performance values were measured using pure water at 20°C, standard atmospheric pressure, and zero outlet pressure. Actual flow may vary depending on the liquid properties, outlet pressure, and motor-speed tolerance.
The liquid must be free of particles, as particles may affect dosing performance, shorten pump head life, or damage the ceramic assembly.
For liquids that can crystallize or adhere to internal surfaces, clean the pump promptly after use and ensure that no residue remains on the ceramic components.
Before model selection, please provide the liquid name and concentration, target dose or flow rate, operating pressure, liquid temperature, duty cycle, control method, and chemical compatibility requirements. Real-liquid testing under actual operating conditions is recommended.
